When you remove a program from starting up by using MSCONG, the next time
Windows starts you will see something like this in the System tray.
When you 'Click to view the blocked programs' you will get this window.
Now you see the System Configuration Option window, click on it!
This is the same box we saw in Windows XP after changes were made using
MSCONFIG. Tick the box to avoid seeing the Windows Blocked message on startup.
