Windows Help Links
If you have been using a computer for any length of time, you are probably aware that you need the correct drivers for your printer. You also need the right driver for your mouse, keyboard, video card, sound card, modem, scanner, camera and any other hardware you may use with your computer. If everything is working ok with your pc, you don't notice the drivers. BUT if anything suddenly quits working right, you may need to reinstall the driver. This can be quite a challenge, especially if you have no idea where the drivers are located. I have found a neat little program called Driver Detective that will search your computer, find all the drivers & copy them to a folder. Then if you need to reinstall a driver, it's right there in the folder, all neatly labeled. You can download the program from Driver Detective's web site.
